    Class descriptions:
GENTLE yoga offers students a safe space to move through a nurturing & gentle practice at a slower pace with increased awareness. Plenty of modifications are given for all bodies. Practice incorporates various breathing techniques to calm the body & mind… Ideal for anyone seeking an unhurried yoga practice with a restorative feel. Beginners welcome with no experience needed!
FLOW navigates students through a thoughtful flow class around centering, grounding & balancing. Practice postures which calm the body & mind to create a deep sense of connection to the Highest Self. Explore fluid movement lead by breath & tune in to your greater inner Wisdom. Class offers challenge at it's peak.
YIN is a delicious practice with timed 2 - 5 minute holds. The held postures are all passive; all of tissues are relaxed and disengaged to begin conversing with the deepest layers (fascia, connective tissue, joints & bones). Over time, the body then softens into those once sensitive edges. Postures are held with intention so the body & mind follow the rhythm of the breath in order to facilitate the most release. The practice is quite meditative with led breath work & guided self-awarennes while working on such deep levels of opening & letting go.
